So I have been here just over a month now and I thought it was high time I wrote my first Champs Diary entry.
Having not worked in digital marketing before I had little knowledge of the world of Google Adwords. However I have been an android user for several years now so I have had experience of the way that Google works. I also have some experience of testing and experimenting with things having done a psychology degree and masters. Although I came in to Adwords cold I have enough background knowledge for it to make sense as I go.
In my first week with Digital Gearbox, I’ve been getting to grips with Google Adwords. As software goes, it’s fairly user friendly, with plenty of hints and tips constantly popping up to guide you through various processes, such as setting up Campaigns and creating Adgroups. I quickly learned, however, that these tips are not as helpful as they may seem.
