Having spent the last diary entry talking about how housekeeping was an unexpected part of my job (click here if you have not read it yet) I thought it might be good to talk about something a little bit more normal. Today I will talk about my experiences of HTML emails.
During my time at Digital Gearbox, I’ve learned just how powerful Google Adwords is as a tool for driving relevant customers towards our clients and helping small business stand side by side with the big brands in the online market place. But although Adwords is terrific at finding new customers, it leaves the task of building the relationships with those customer in the hands of the business. Luckily, there’s another tool out there that’s tailor made for that purpose.
